CHEFS Restaurant Consulting Co. is owned and operated by Senior Chef de Cuisine Diego Wilk. He has been in the food industry business since 1988, graduate from the prestigious Culinary Institute of Buenos Aires in Argentina, and begin working in kitchen and restaurant management at very early age as chef owner operator.
He has also traveled extensively, experiencing fine cuisine worldwide and integrating these foods and passion into his menus and designs.
He has worked as Executive Chef at the finest Five Stars Hotels, Restaurants and Catering companies worldwide such us The Dan’s Hotels and Resorts, The Ritz Carlton, Stern & Hassenheim Gourmet Catering, Chef’s Market European Café, Paragary’s Restaurant Group, Hillel House of Davis, Cattlemen’s Steak House, The Carlton Plaza, and many more.
After 20+ years of extensive experience in the industry, he realizes a lot of common mistakes in the restaurant business such us lack of management and training, not pre-controlled food cost and labor cost, lack of business plan, lack of manuals and recipe books, wrong concepts, businesses with no marketing engagement, and exhausted owners losing money daily.
In 2007 he launched CHEFS Restaurant Consulting Co. to help businesses and owners succeed for the passion of great food and service. With many years of experience, he has developed strong interpersonal skills to make it happens.
