THE PROCESS

We begin by identifying the objective(s) of the client. This includes both business and personal objectives. We then discuss the value meeting these objectives brings to the client. Once we have conceptual agreement on the objectives, value, and methodology to be used, we will provide you with a comprehensive proposal that will:

1. Summarize the agreed upon objectives and outcomes.
2. Provide you with several investment options to attain the desired results.

Each project is handled as collaboration between consultant and client. It is through this collaboration that goals and objectives are attained.

All projects are managed by Chef Diego Wilk, President of Chef’s Restaurant Consulting.

Restaurant Start-Up Services are custom designed to meet the specific needs of each client. Clients may select our Full Service Package, or they may select individual services.

We provide a free initial consultation so we can discuss your goals and objectives and to determine the best way to work together. It is through this consultant / client relationship that we are able to achieve success.
